Yoga and massage right here in Central Maui. We offer vinyasa flow, mobility and alignment-focused yoga and restorative classes for all bodies, all experience levels. $50 for 2 weeks
Unlimited classes for two weeks so you can try out all of our offerings. This offer is for Maui residents only. A valid State of Hawaii ID will be checked when you come in for your first class.
Yoga
Everyone comes to the mat for a different reason. Whether youʻre here for the first time or your thousandth, we are filled with gratitude to support you in your practice.
Massage
We practice a variety of massage modalities, but specialize in Hawaiian lomi. New and returning clients are encouraged to schedule your massage appointments online.

We are a small, women-owned studio in central Maui. We created a yoga space that is meant to empower our community to heal collectively through movement, self care, and building relationships.
