Therapeutic Lomi

Pre- and post-natal massage dealing specifically with the needs of new mama and moms-to-be. Helps support your comfort and health throughout your pregnancy and into your fourth trimester. Massages can be done side-lying or face down using a pregnancy pillow.

Pre/Postnatal Massage

Barefoot compressions and myofascial glides using the therapist’s feet combined with therapeutic stretching. Backwalking is indicated for those with chronic upper or lower back pain, mild scoliosis or sciatica and those who need deeper pressure and enhanced alignment.

Cancellation Policy

Because the time you reserve is for you, please contact us with a minimum of 24 hours before to your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in full payment of the session. Wahi Hoʻōla Yoga + Wellness reserves the right to require a credit card number on hold to book future appointments so the appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation or no show does occur.

We understand that emergencies and illness can and do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or are experiencing vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment time, please cancel your session. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in a missed session charge and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Late Policy

Please contact us as soon as you know you will be late for your appointment. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please reschedule your massage.

Communicable Disease Precautions

Please understand that social distancing protocols, recommended by the CDC, OSHA, and Hawaii Dept. of Health, cannot be maintained during massage treatment and the close proximity of clients to therapists during massage sessions elevates the risk of contracting any communicable disease. These are the measures that are being taken to prevent the transmission of communicable disease during your massage, we appreciate your participation and understanding.

  • If you have an appointment scheduled and are not feeling well, you can contact us the day of your appointment to cancel and you will not be charged per the cancellation policy.

  • Please remember that not all coughs or sneezes are contagious. People can have chronic coughing from asthma, allergies, general dryness, and other conditions.

  • Surfaces are sanitized between each client.

  • You are not required to disclose vaccination information, but are welcome to if you’d like.
