    Therapeutic Massage

    Our therapeutic massage is each therapist's signature massage that may include several different massage modalities. Pressure will be customized to your preference and will include use of the hands, forearms, and sometimes the feet, to work the muscles and their attachments as well as therapeutic stretching and joint mobilization. This treatment may include the use of hot stones, towels, or heating pads where appropriate for deeper release.

    Pre/Postnatal Massage

    Pre- and postnatal massage dealing specifically with the needs of new mama and moms-to-be. Helps support your comfort and health throughout your pregnancy and into your fourth trimester. Massages can be done side-lying or face down using a pregnancy pillow.

    Backwalking

    Barefoot compressions and myofascial glides using the therapist’s feet combined with therapeutic stretching. Backwalking is indicated for those with chronic upper or lower back pain, mild scoliosis or sciatica and those who need deeper pressure and enhanced alignment.

    Massage + Backwalk Combo

    This 2-hour session combines the application of deep, targeted pressure using precise hand and forearm techniques with our distinctive foot-based back walking to deliver broad, deep pressure across your body, unlocking persistent tension and realigning the spine.

Rebecca brings a unique blend of biomedical engineering expertise and traditional Hawaiian healing wisdom to her massage practice, having trained in lomi lomi after graduating from the Maui School of Therapeutic Massage. Her bodywork sessions draw from lomi, myofascial release, and therapeutic exercise to help you connect deeply with your body's inherent wholeness and discover optimal alignment that supports your natural movement patterns.

Olivia graduated from IBS Massage School and brings her alignment-based approach from six years of yoga therapy mentorship with Dustin Turner into her bodywork practice. Her massage sessions incorporate intelligent movement principles and therapeutic techniques to create a healing space where all bodies can find deeper connection to breath and optimal alignment.

We have gift cards available at the studio or online.

Cancellation Policy

Because the time you reserve is for you, please contact us with a minimum of 36 hours before to your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in $50 late cancellation charge. Wahi Hoʻōla Yoga + Wellness reserves the right to require a credit card number on hold to book future appointments so the appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation or no show does occur.

We understand that emergencies and illness can and do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or are experiencing vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment time, please cancel your session. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in a missed session charge and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Late Policy

Please contact us as soon as you know you will be late for your appointment. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please reschedule your massage. You will be charged per our late cancellation policy.

Communicable Disease Precautions

Please understand that social distancing protocols, recommended by the CDC, OSHA, and Hawaii Dept. of Health, cannot be maintained during massage treatment and the close proximity of clients to therapists during massage sessions elevates the risk of contracting any communicable disease. These are the measures that are being taken to prevent the transmission of communicable disease during your massage, we appreciate your participation and understanding.

  • If you have an appointment scheduled and are not feeling well, you can contact us the day of your appointment to cancel and you will not be charged per the cancellation policy.

  • Please remember that not all coughs or sneezes are contagious. People can have chronic coughing from asthma, allergies, general dryness, and other conditions.

  • Surfaces are sanitized between each client.

  • You are not required to disclose vaccination information, but are welcome to if you’d like.
