Membership Policies.

The membership contract is for all auto renewing and non-auto renewing memberships at Wahi Hoʻōla Yoga + Wellness. All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment and by purchasing you are agreeing to be automatically charged once per month. You may cancel at any time after your initial 3-month commitment. 

MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT |

I authorize Wahi Hoʻōla Yoga + Wellness to automatically debit/charge my credit card once a month for a minimum of three months for a monthly yoga membership. This monthly membership entitles me to attend classes or appointments while my membership is active. I understand that from time to time Wahi Hoʻōla Yoga + Wellness may offer workshops or other types of classes or appointments that are completely separate from my membership, and if I wish to attend I will pay separately for them.

TERMS |

BILLING: I understand and agree that each month, beginning on my contract start date I will be charged using my saved credit/debit card for this class package. I will be charged the amount every month until I cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy. I understand that I will be notified if my payment fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $10 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit or debit card within 6 calendar days of the original rejection date.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand that by cancelling my membership I will no longer have access to my current membership rate or any of the benefits, discounts, and classes associated with a Wahi Hoʻōla Yoga + Wellness membership. I accept that membership prices may be different if I choose to return in the future. I understand that my membership will be cancelled as of my next billing date unless I specify a later billing date. I must notify Wahi Hoʻōla in writing if I want to cancel my membership. I understand that I am responsible for paying my membership fees regardless of whether or not the membership is used, and not using my membership does not constitute membership cancellation. If I cancel my membership before the minimum 3-month requirement, I am responsible for paying the full amount for three months of my membership.

FREEZING/HOLDING MY MEMBERSHIP: I understand that my membership can be frozen up to 6 months at a time. Frozen memberships must have an unfreeze date, no open-ended freezes are allowed. I acknowledge that I must notify Wahi Hoʻōla in writing if I would like to freeze my membership. After my freeze is over, I will be automatically charged my current membership rate. I acknowledge that I will need to submit a separate cancellation request if I choose to permanently cancel my membership during the freeze period.FREEZING MY MEMBERSHIP: I understand that my membership can be frozen up to 6 months at a time.
