Recurring Membership Contract
WAHI HO'ŌLA YOGA + WELLNESS 3-Month Commitment Membership Agreement
Membership Details:
Classes Included: 8 classes per month OR Unlimited classes
Membership Type: 3-month commitment which rolls into month-to-month after the minimum commitment
By purchasing this membership, I agree to the following terms:
COMMITMENT PERIOD
I am committing to a 3-month membership at the monthly rate. I understand that:
I am financially responsible for all 3 months of membership fees
This commitment cannot be cancelled early without paying the remaining balance
My membership will automatically convert to month-to-month after 3 months (unless I sign up for another 3 month commitment or cancel my membership)
BILLING & AUTOPAY
I authorize Wahi Hoʻōla Yoga + Wellness to automatically charge my credit/debit card on the same date each month for a minimum of 3 consecutive months beginning on my contract start date. I understand that:
My membership will automatically renew monthly for the full 3-month period and continue to renew thereafter until I cancel my membership
I must maintain a valid credit/debit card on file at all times
I am responsible for updating my payment information if my card expires or changes
My monthly membership fee is due regardless of whether I use my classes, however, I am able to freeze my membership if I need to.
FAILED PAYMENT POLICY
If my payment fails to process:
Day 1-7: I will receive a notification that my payment was declined and be asked to update my card information, fitDEGREE will attempt to charge the card on file 3 more times over the course of 7 days.
Important: A declined payment is NOT a substitution for notice of cancelation. My 3-month commitment remains in effect even if my payment fails. I am still responsible for paying the full remaining balance of my contract.
REFUND POLICY
I understand and agree that:
Once my monthly autopay payment processes successfully, it is non-refundable
Autopay memberships are a commitment to pay monthly, and successful charges cannot be reversed
Not using my membership does not entitle me to a refund
My 3-month commitment is binding regardless of usage
EARLY CANCELLATION POLICY
Because this is a 3-month commitment, I understand that:
I cannot cancel my membership during the 3-month period without paying the full remaining balance
If I wish to cancel early, I must pay all remaining months in full
Early cancellation does not result in any refunds of months already paid
Example: If I cancel after 2 months, I am still responsible for paying the remaining 1 month of my contract.
AFTER 3 MONTHS
When my 3-month commitment ends:
My membership will automatically convert to month-to-month at the same rate
I may cancel anytime after my 3-month period ends by providing 48 hours written notice before my next billing date
I may choose to renew for another 3-month commitment at whatever rates are current at that time
FREEZING/HOLDING MY MEMBERSHIP
I may freeze my membership during my 3-month commitment by:
Providing written notice (email or text) to Wahi Hoʻōla at least 48 hours before my next billing date
Specifying an unfreeze date (no open-ended freezes allowed)
Understanding that my 3-month commitment period will be extended by the length of the freeze
Important: If I freeze for 2 months, my contract end date extends by 2 months. I am still committed to paying for 3 full months of membership.
During a freeze:
I will not be charged monthly fees
I cannot attend classes
My contract end date is automatically extended
ADDITIONAL TERMS
This monthly membership provides access to regular classes only
Special workshops, events, or private sessions may require separate payment
Membership is non-transferable
Studio policies (including health, safety, and conduct policies) apply to all members
I have read, understand, and agree to these membership terms. I understand that I am committing to 3 months of membership payments.
