Massage Policies.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Because the time you reserve is for you, please contact us with a minimum of 36 hours before to your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. Wahi Hoʻōla Yoga + Wellness reserves the right to require a credit card number on hold to book future appointments so the appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation or no show does occur.
We understand that emergencies and illness can and do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or are experiencing vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment time, please cancel your session. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in a missed session charge and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
LATE POLICY: Please contact us as soon as you know you will be late for your appointment. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please reschedule your massage. You will be charged $50 per our late cancellation policy.
COMMUNICABLE DISEASE PRECAUTIONS: Please understand that any distancing protocols, recommended by the CDC, OSHA, and Hawaii Dept. of Health, cannot be maintained during massage treatment and the close proximity of clients to therapists during massage sessions elevates the risk of contracting any communicable disease. These are the measures that are being taken to prevent the transmission of communicable disease during your massage, we appreciate your participation and understanding.
If you have an appointment scheduled and are not feeling well, you can contact us the day of your appointment to cancel and you will not be charged per the cancellation policy.
Please remember that not all coughs or sneezes are contagious. People can have chronic coughing from asthma, allergies, general dryness, and other conditions.
Surfaces are sanitized between each client.
You are not required to disclose vaccination information, but are welcome to if you’d like.
