Mobility + Therapeutics
Sometimes you need more than a traditional yoga practice to get into those tough to access places in your body and the places where you chronically hold tension and pain. Dr. Bonnie created our Mobility + Therapeutics class to use various therapeutic tools, including yoga and mobility exercises, in order to access new ranges of motion, strengthen chronically weak muscles, and release long held tension in your connective tissue. This kind of work allows you to overcome compensatory patterns that are limiting your practice at any level, and help improve your flexibility, balance and strength.
Improve Your Flexibility. Mobility exercises in the class help you target joint health for balanced strength and mobility. Enhanced mobility can reduce the risk of injury and support better movement in daily life.
Manage Your Pain. Therapeutic techniques and stretches taught in this class can alleviate chronic pain conditions, such as back pain, joint pain, or muscle tension. It will also provide you with tools to manage pain and discomfort in the future.
